DOOR HARDWARE & COMMERCIAL LOCKS & HARDWARE WARRANTY

Axial Locks is pleased to offer a Mechanical and Finish Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one full year to the original purchaser, effective from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labor costs or any other cost associated with the installation or replacement of the product/parts and is extended only to the original consumer purchaser of the products.

This Warranty does not cover:

1. Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or accident occurring after installations.

2. Damage due to use outside normal conditions.

3.Defects resulting from any modifications or improper

4. Installations.

5. Improper torqueing (tightening during or after installation).

6. Improper door preparations.

7. Locks installed without original components supplied along with the proper installation procedure.
